Everytime i try to make a post on the forums, everything that i write gets erased when i submit it and the only thing that shows is the text "undefined". It's really getting annoying and stopping me from posting :'(

Does it do it with the quick response too? How are you creating your posts? Are you using any proxy to get to hostcell?

yes, it does. it happens at random times for me and when it does happen then it does it continuously. I'm using Google Chrome. Proxy? Like a proxy website or something? - If it's that then no.

interesting. Do you have any add-on scripts that might be reloading the page automatically? Are you sure the page is fully loaded before you start typing? The next time it happens, try doing a ctrl-f5 and see if it still happens. Maybe your cache is causing some kind of fault. I dont think Chris added any new ad scripts to the forums, but we could check and see. But for some reason, you are currently the only one with this problem.

The current extension i have installed for google chrome are Click&Clean, Adblock, and Awesome Screenshot. Click&Clean just clears my cache and my histroy every time i close chrome. I'm pretty sure the pages are fully loaded. I've noticed one thing though. The editor box doesn't always show up. - Posted Image

If the entire page is not showing up, that sounds like there might be some kind of an error being caught by chrome. Does chrome have a status on the bottom left like firefox that tells you if there are errors or not? That might give more info to help research this. Next time, eliminate the browser by openening IE (sorry, I understand your hatred of it.. .LOL), and see if the same problem exists or not. That way we can rule out the browser. Also, when you are having this problem, can you try running a speed test (now and when the problem occurs) to see if your connection is degraded or not. I see you are on a DSL connection, so you really should not see a problem unless your ISP is having connection issues. (Hey Chris, are there any speed test servers located near our server that would follow the same path???). One more thing, since I am thinking of these things as I type (first thing in the morning and before my caffiene), are you having any problems access your webpage or cpanel at the same time?? That could help eliminate the forum software.

Yes, chrome shows the status of the page your loading at the bottom right corner. I've never had issues loading my website or my cpanel. I tried going on the forums with IE and i get "Done, but with errors on page" Speed Test: Posted Image

Sorry for the double post, but i found out when exactly this error occurs. I said before that the Mycode editor box doesn't always appear, but when it does, and i try to make a post then that's when i get the error. I went into my userCP and disabled the MyCode editor so the error won't pop up again. ;)
