Experience (just too name a few): BustedQuad Technical Administrator - Duties included developing a more secure admin panel and preventing any further hacking attempts. Created a custom front page and IPB skin and maintained any mod installation. RapsElite Technical Administrator - Developed a custom vBulletin skin and Wordpress theme while maintaining the active community. World Wrestling Society Administrator - Worked with technical administrator to create a custom front page and vBulletin skin. Ran the e-fed while also overseeing the Super Moderators and Moderators. Money4LifeRecords - Helped install a vBulletin forum that integrated with phpfox and shared a user database with the sister website EmceeConnex. Skills I will be the first too admit that I am not at all experienced in computer hardware or stuff like c++, just never took the time too learn it. I disliked perl and strayed away from asp and cgi, but leaned towards more of php. I can help with the web design, community review, and management side of support when it comes to customers asking how too make their website look a certain way or why they are getting error messages. If a customer needs a script installed and doesn't feel comfortable, I can also provide that service as well, along with theme/skin and plug in installation. Why You should Consider Me I'm a solid mod, I know what spam posts are, and can keep my cool in frustrating situations. While I haven't been a support team member of a web hosting company, I tend to get support from websites like TAZ, I never was also good at HTML and CSS, but I got pretty damn good at it. Not too mention that this site is bookmarked on my phone, so yea.
