I've just logged into the "Client area login" again (after taking a while to find it again - can this not be added to my own Profile page/area for convenience?) and, once again, my username/password do not work. Am I really required to reset my password EVERY time I want to log in to see my current posting status??

HELP! I'm using this forum as it seems to be the only way to contact Hostcell!

I have been unable to update my website for over a week. I have tried to contact Hostcell via the "Support & User Portal" but when trying to log on it tells me that "no client account was found with the email address you entered" - yet I received an email from Hostcell only yesterday!!!

What's going on?

I have just checked that I can access my website, so it cannot be too serious a problem at HostCell.

Sorry that I can't check any further, but I am just a humble user like you!

For contacting "The Management", try using the ShoutBox, because that is right under their noses whenever they come onto the forum.
