Wow! We've already broken some of these sometimes: Defamatory or Abusive Language Using Hostcell.net's network as a means to transmit or post negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language. I'm sure that I once posted that I hate broccoli! Destructive Activities Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending viruses, worms, trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mail bombing or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service or equipment. We have had a couple of technical support questions that were answered by advice about pinging websites. Large File Policy Our shared hosting plans are not for file hosting and distribution. As such, customers may not host any files that are observed to be available for the sole purpose of download. Such files include but are not limited to .iso, .rar, .zip, audio, and video files. If you are unsure whether your file is against this policy, please contact us prior to uploading. What are the rules about small files (e.g. pdf's) that we have created ourselves. Can we make these available for download by our visitors?

As it is said, If the sole purpose is just to share (file sharing) and/or illegal and/or copyrighted then no. Or else yes. (example tutorial, your own small softwares etc). Pinging stands for DDOS.

we all know sours has the time ;) (kidding, sours - don't hurt me *hides*) i went through the majority of it myself. just seems like the usual legal stuff to do with software/internet usage.

i haven't had a chance to find the new one yet... I'm sure I'll have some issues with it too.... LOL But leagal-speak usually puts me to sleep anyways. It took me about 3 days just to get thru my OWN will, and I still dont know what all it says :S
