I'm not sure now long, but it was for some hours. I was logged into the blog on garyrjenkins.com and it was running fine. While it was up I went to yourneighborhoodstore.com and got the message Server Not Found. I went back to garyrjenkins.com and refreashed the page and got the same error. It took awhile before they came back.

Yes. I've switched my email contact at HostCell to a gmail account that may be more receptive of HostCell emails.
One thing I have noticed is that when we set up email accounts associated with TLD's hosted at HostCell, then our outgoing emails often end up in recipients' spam or junk folders.
Emails sent from HostCell servers to gmail accounts are usually received in the inbox as intended. Emails to mail.com addresses end up in their spam folders. Emails to yahoo and aol addresses end up either in their inbox or in their spam folders, depending upon the whim of their spam filters. Emails to hotmail addresses are often never received at all. This might suggest that HostCell has been abused by spammers in the past, and the servers are not trusted by spam filters.
Is there any way of fixing this?

I don't remember the exact times but I found this gap in the page access time log:

31/12/2011 15:31:50 - /index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3_20&products_id=6558 (13.866s)
There was a long gap between 9:27 and 2:43 that afternoon. Also check the access times before and after. You'll see that the page load time was starting to increase before the Server went away, and also took a very long page load time after it came back until things settled down.
You can see the page load time and db access times at the bottom of each of the store's pages. Look for this:
Parse Time: 0.415 - Number of Queries: 949 - Query Time: 0.186366868332 This came from just a minute ago.

Yahoo uses 3rd party spam filters, who sometimes intentionally blocks certain ip ranges and charges a tremendous amount of money to remove them.
Hotmail: well tbh, I get all the true email in junk folder and those junks in main folder.
@Gary, I think we need to work with the database. Time for optimization.

Yahoo mail is the worst, but I've been using it for more years than I want to remember. They've even blocked email I sent to myself as spam. When I asked how it was determined to be spam I just got a canned email response. Maybe one day I'll learn.
The numbers in my posts above is the time it takes to draw the page. Its not the db access time for that look at the bottom of any store page.
31/12/2011 14:43:38 - /index.php?main_page=index&cPath=796_807_845&sort=20a&language=en&page=1 (152.332s)
The above means that it took 152.332 seconds to draw the page from start to finish. Sorry, I may not have explained that welll above.
According to the Zencart website the Page Parse Time and the DB Query Time should never equal, and they don't. The Query time is about half the time it takes to finish drawing the page. Right now the store is running very well and fast.

I'm sure. But I did say, "often." I tested on several throw-away addresses, and it was not 100% consistent. But I might, of course, be going crazy.
