It has been a pretty while since my corporation took over hostcell and I was given the duty to run this place.
While for many of you this might not have been a good ride, some you are still having some issue and we are working our level best to make you guys happy and solve your existing issue. How ever, I do beleive that I was able to fulfill my task by taking it to the next step. I also beleive most of our clients are happy with our service. We pride ourselves in our service, and strive to keep our users happy. I would like to ask that our satisfied users please post reviews on our service anywhere they can around the internet! This would include web hosting review sites, message boards, or anywhere else you can think of. Remember though -no spam.
Make sure you verify your hosted domain so that no one counts you guys as a spammer and if you have a full tld instead of hostcell subdomain, would appreciate if you guys use that instead.
Your feedback is crusial for our growth and for us to provide same or higher level of service.
