Yes, the recipe title really does say "horse" rather than "sauce"! Spelling mistake? No... Raspberry and horseradish are just examples of combinations of ingredients in this recipe.

It deserves some kind of recognition for sounding so revolting! And (so we are told) it actually did win a contest.
