I just watched The Woman in black and think Daniel Radcliffe played a good character. Didn't feel him as Harry Potter but what I didn't really like was the end... I think the book has that perfect one: sad but at the same time isn't sad.
Has anyone seen this movie already?

Daniel Radcliffe was in Brokeback Mountain?
Jeepers, no wonder I'm never on the winning team in pub quizzes!

Getting back to the original topic, I saw the movie and thought it was very well done - a good classic traditional scare that thankfully avoided the usual kind of slasher gore and/or repulsive scenes you otherwise typically see in most other modern horror movies these days.
But I agree, the ending didn't quite work for me either. Didn't realize that the book, play, TV movie, and film were all so different from each other.
Interesting piece of trivia from Wikipedia:
"By coincidence, Adrian Rawlins, who played Daniel Radcliffe's onscreen father, James Potter, in the Harry Potter films, originally played the Arthur character (named Kidd, rather than Kipps) in the 1989 TV film version."
