Well I can get in with my username & password.
But the page displayed is somewhat simplified, with mostly minature text.
Clicking on any option results in the login/password screen again. Moving through cpanel utilities prompts for a username/password at every level. Trying Webmail initially displays only a text-based screen, and then I am prompted for the email (dramatis@dramatis.hostcell.net) and a password (which I don't know.)
I thought it was a cookie problem, so I cleared my cookie, still no joy, then tried another browser - Safari, then Chrome, still no difference.
I have seen the problem before, but it cleared itself up without any bother.
Is it a known snag or is it just a module in mid-upgrade?
cpanel name: gremlin
Thanx in anticipation.

also right at the bottom of the cpanel page, where you have your software etc are options. try "reset all interface settings" and "lite graphic"

That did the trick! I'd been using the (now old) www.hostcell.net/cpanel URL.
Everything, as usual, working smoothly and efficiently.
Thanks for the super response!
