Happy Easter, to those that celebrate it!

How are you going to spend the Easter holidays this year?

For me, my family are spending the day with my mother's side of the family for Easter Friday (tomorrow, in Aus). The rest of the weekend will be just another weekend (for me, anyway).

I'm 2/3 of the way through a tutorial on how to create a WordPress theme (only the WordPress integration, not the actual look of the theme). If anyone's interested, here are the links (will update with part three when I get that done).

We're heading into the silly season (Christmas, New Year, etc)!! What are people planning for their respective holidays? Will you be celebrating with the family, or maybe that special someone? Tell us all what's happening (feel free to spare the gory details ).

To start it all off, I'll be spending Christmas at home with my extended family. The Christmas bash will most likely be the same as what happens every year for my family (Christmas 'feast', and talking). New Years, on the other hand, I'm thinking I might try to get together with some friends, and just chill (you know...play some games, etc). If not, then that'll just be at home with the family again.

I think we all know the saying...but for those that don't:

Just as the title says, what is everyone's favourite programming or scripting languages and why?

At the moment, I'm more into JavaScript, Java and PHP. I'm hoping to get more into C and C++ as I continue with my studies, but it's a bit hard to do much coding with it at the moment since everything I've been doing this semester has been in Java.
